When iDtacc® integrates with Stripe, our platform becomes a complete payment environment where users can purchase products, pay for services, or even cover booking fees, all within a seamless workflow. Here's how this integration works:

Seamless payment process: When a user decides to purchase a product or service or book an appointment within iDtacc®, upon confirming their purchase, they are redirected to a payment gateway powered by Stripe, where they can choose their preferred payment method, whether it's a credit card, debit card, or other compatible payment methods like Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Instant confirmation: Once the user completes their payment through Stripe, the iDtacc® system immediately receives a notification confirming the transaction. The order or appointment is then confirmed in real time, and the user receives a confirmation notification.

Automated booking management: For appointment or time bookings, once the payment is confirmed, the appointment is locked into the user's calendar and the service provider (such as a professional or company offering the appointment) without requiring manual intervention.

Paid appointment booking: If you offer appointments with a fee (such as consultations or virtual meetings), the Stripe integration allows payment to be processed at the time of booking. This ensures that the provider's or professional's time is reserved and that payment is processed before the appointment.

Automated payment process: Once the user selects an available appointment time and decides to book, they will be prompted to make the payment through Stripe. This process is seamlessly handled within the platform without requiring the user to leave iDtacc®.

Instant appointment confirmation: After completing the payment, the appointment is automatically confirmed in the iDtacc system, and both the client and provider receive a notification with all relevant details (time, date, and link if it is a virtual appointment). The payment is immediately reflected in the platform's records.
