iDtacc® specializes in custom and technology products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, refunds are not offered under any circumstances, except as specifically outlined in this policy.

2. Return and Replacement Conditions

Returns are accepted for replacement purposes only under the following conditions:

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.
  • Incorrect Order: The received product significantly differs from the one ordered.
  • Damaged or Defective Product: Notify [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Adhesive Failure: Free replacement if it occurs within 30 days of delivery.

3. Refund Exclusions

  • Customer technological incompatibility.
  • Customized products once production begins.

4. Technological Compatibility

Our products work with NFC-enabled phones. Otherwise, the QR code can be used.

5. Replacement Evaluation

Customers will be notified if their replacement request is approved after review.
