Digital services are available via monthly or annual subscription, depending on the chosen plan.

  • Have full legal capacity to contract.

4. Account Registration

To access the digital card management platform, users must create a personal account. The account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and all activities conducted under their profile.

If a resolution is not reached, all disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The user expressly waives the right to file class action lawsuits.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute not resolved through arbitration will be submitted exclusively to the state or federal courts in Lewisville, Texas.


20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the remainder of the document will remain in full force.


21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and other documents published on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and iDtacc®. They supersede any prior communications or agreements, whether oral or written.
